I'm Back

Thanks for all the well wishes!

My migraine is gone, thankfully.

It started Sunday, which was a super lazy day. I should have known it was coming because I just didn't feel really well. I thought I was just wiped out from a couple of busy days with my niece's activities or it was allergies from my sister's cat.

This is a busy week.

I was supposed to go to the zoo or do something with a friend and her 2 kids Monday. Sunday night she said we'd play it by ear because her 4 year old had an allergic reaction to something. Then Monday, I had the migraine so I canceled.

Yesterday, I was better, but I had an interview for a part-time office job. Driving and the interview lasted a couple of hours and then I did some running around.

Today, I am taking my friend (the one who was told not to go to her sister's funeral) to lunch.

Tomorrow, people are coming to fix a few cracks in the foundation. To do this they have to access the back wall in my bedroom, which means that everything on that side of the room has to be removed, including my bed. I managed to get a lot of it done, including my books and breakables.

The way my room is set up, the back wall is a half wall, the upper half is two built-in shelves spanning the length of the wall. The bottom shelf had to be cleared off, which is 2 Rubbermaid boxes and two crates full of books, plus two more boxes of breakables, frames and knickknacks I've been given over the years. I also have to turn my bed on the side and move it out of the way somehow.

I am not looking forward to tomorrow, but at least the leaking will stop.

Friday is my niece's birthday party with her school friends. My sister had asked my mom and I to come help since there will be 15 7-year-olds at McDonald's.

I don't normally have so much going on in a week, but the last 2 weeks, people have been bidding for time with me. Kind of amusing, but also stressful trying to work them all in! haha!

I'm also trying to switch up my schedule...I am going to try doing EC and the like more in the afternoon. It seems in the morning, it does something to the network in my house and it keeps dropping offline. I'm experimenting by doing it in the afternoon, but also trying to force myself to do other things in my day. We'll see how that goes.
